What to expect

Sessions are calm, practical, and focused on your real situation. We’ll talk through what you’re trying to do, what’s getting in the way, and what actually makes sense for you going forward.

Where we meet

By default, we meet at a nearby public library.

Libraries are quiet, neutral, and comfortable places to slow things down and work without distractions. If another location would be more helpful, we can adjust.
